Reformer Sessions
Reformer Session Registration
 
The Reformer was designed to leverage the flow and stability of Pilates movements. It adds resistance and support to these movements to reinforce proper form and function and to build long, lean muscle. Each session will focus on safely strengthening your core musculature and gaining overall tone, as well as improving your flexibility, functional movement, and mind-body connection.

Space is limited, so don't miss out! You may register for a single "drop-in" session or 6, 8, 12, or 20 weeks of sessions at a time. Contact Lexy before registering to ensure availability!

Early-morning series:
Wednesdays 6:30a-7:30am (Lexy)
Thursdays 6:30a-7:30am (Lexy)

Mid-morning and afternoon series:
Tuesdays 10-11am (Lexy)
Saturdays 10:30-11:30am (Lexy)
Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm (Lexy)
Saturdays 12:30-1:30pm (On hold)
Saturdays 1:30-2:30pm (On hold)
Sundays 4:30-5:30pm (Kellie)

Lunchtime series:
Mondays 12-12:45pm (Lexy)
Wednesdays 12-12:45pm (Lexy)
Fridays 12-12:45pm (Lexy)

Evening series:
Mondays 8-9pm (Lexy)
Wednesdays 8-9pm (Kellie)
Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm (Mat/Reformer Mixer) (Lexy and Georgia)
